A personalised training plan can increase running motivation by alleviating the stressors of session planning and timing, since it is all done for you. Coaching provides structure and a strong sense of accountability - all the building blocks needed to progress and achieve your goals!

Next steps:
- Meet up. Get in touch via the 'Contact Me' form below to arrange an initial (no obligation) meeting to discuss your current level of fitness, running goals, and so on. This will take place in-person or online, depending on your locality, and provides an opportunity for you to get to know me. If you feel that I'm the right coach for you, then we can proceed to step 2.
- Set up. I'll forward a questionnaire for completion, together with details of your TrainingPeaks account. A plan to cover your first fortnight of training will follow.
- Payment. A one-off payment of £40 is required for setting up your plan. An additional monthly standing order of £60 is payable from the start date of your plan to cover ongoing advice and feedback, and any adjustments to it once you begin training. A minimum commitment of three months is expected.
