If you find that generic online plans are no longer working for you, I offer a tailored one-off training plan to help you achieve your goal.
Plans are designed to fit around your current schedule, and take into account your fitness levels and training history to date. Check out the frequently asked questions for further information.

Anything up to (and including) a marathon.
Just one payment starting from £50 depending on plan length.
Plans range from 8 to 24 weeks in length, depending on date of goal race.
I'll send you a questionnaire which will help me get to know you and your training needs.
Once I have received your completed questionnaire, I will start working on your plan. You will receive your plan within 5-7 days.
Of course! I work with runners of all abilities. As your plan is tailored to you, one of the many things I will factor in is your current ability.
